This site is here to provide news and information about mobile communications with a focus on mobile VOIP. In this section you will find an overview of wifi-phone applications, what they can (and can’t) do, and possibly how to reduce your communication costs.

I also occasionally post about other trends and news in mobile technology.

About Me

I’m George, a recent MBA grad from UBC Sauder and editor of wifitalk.ca. I have spent several months working as an analyst for Wavefront, Canada’s NCE for the wireless sector, advising companies on current and future trends in the wireless sector.

I will also be a consultant with The Boston Consulting Group in Toronto starting in the fall of 2011. I’m looking forward to the opportunities this will present for gaining insight into the telecom industry amongst other things.
