iPhone OS 3.0 Released

Apple has released iPhone OS 3.0 for download today. It’s free for iPhone users, and $9.99 for iPod Touch users. It has a host of new features, perhaps one of the most interesting for wifi-phone applications is the inclusion of push notifications.

Anyone with the upgrade already installed willing to comment on how well push works with a VOIP app like skype?

UPDATE: The OS works great and the new features are quite good. Cut/copy/paste is really easy to use. The skype application does not have push notifications enabled as of yet, so we still have some waiting to do.
